William Hopkins-Trumm heads .hopkins&bilion overall operations. Before founding he held senior global roles in international consulting firms. William comes with vast experience in global C-Suite placements and international Market intelligence across various industries.

He studied across 6 countries and speaks five languages fluently. With 3000+ Interviews and Coachings William has the capacity to help clients positively impact their hiring decisions.

Partner | Head of Research Operations & Client Partnership

James Li heads the Research Operations at .hopkins&billion and partners with Clients throughout a range of our Practice Groups. James and our team have helped our clients to successfully place and retain a triple digit amount mid-management roles as well as specialist level positions.

James studied Marketing at Heilongjiang University in Haerbin and gained corporate as well as agency recruiting experience prior to joining .hopkins&billion.

Partner | Head of IT & TMT

Dan Takagi is .hopkins&bilion’s APAC Partner and heads the global IT & TMT .SEARCH practice. As a dual Japanese-US citizen Dan graduated from Waseda University upon being a professional concert violinist.

Dan comes with more than ten years experience in placing executive and specialist roles in IT & TMT focusing on AI and autonomous technologies on a global level. He serves the Start-Up as well as corporate scene to place the best talent globally available.

Partner | Head of Executive Coaching

Klaus C. Rasche is a certified trainer for Global Leadership Training, Klaus graduated at Dr. Buhmann School of Economics & Business and built up his extensive corporate trainer experience in Germany. Subsequently he moved to Australia for seven years, winning the Australian Small Business Champion Award twice with innovative E-Commerce platforms.

Since 2013 he is based in China. where he held a corporate C-Level position until 2016. He now applies his passion for Executive Coaching & Training modules leading the .hopkins&bilion Executive Coaching Devision.
