William Hopkins-Trumm heads .hopkins&bilion overall operations. Before founding he held senior global roles in international consulting firms. William comes with vast experience in global C-Suite placements and international Market intelligence across various industries.

He studied across 6 countries and speaks five languages fluently. With 3000+ Interviews and Coachings William has the capacity to help clients positively impact their hiring decisions.

Consultant | Greater China

Xinyu is our main Consultant for Greater China. A Chinese national with an international mindset holding a Master from the University of Audencia in France. Xinyu has been supervising international and local recruitment projects at .hopkins&billion’s creating success in the overall APAC and China region. Assignments conducted and delivered by Xinyu come with the highest degree of long-term satisfaction.

Consultant | EMEA

Elsa consults with our clients as a Search Partner for EMEA. Having studied both in in Madrid, Spain (AUM) and Beijing, China (UIBE), she comes with a high degree of international versatility. Elsa is an integral part of our European and MEA Search team delivering quick roots to solution for our clients needs across Food & Hospitality related industries.

Consultant | SEA & Americas

Rodrigo is strongly involved with our Key Accounts and takes overall responsibility for client clusters SEA and Americas. He holds a degree in Business Administration & Marketing from SolBridge International School of Business in Daejon, South Korea. Rodrigo has extensive experience working on various food and equipment search projects demonstrating exceptional communication skills and strategic foresight. He delivers effective talent solutions that contribute to your success.

Partner | Head of Executive Coaching

Klaus C. Rasche is a certified trainer for Global Leadership Training, Klaus graduated at Dr. Buhmann School of Economics & Business and built up his extensive corporate trainer experience in Germany. Subsequently he moved to Australia for seven years, winning the Australian Small Business Champion Award twice with innovative E-Commerce platforms.

Since 2013 he is based in China. where he held a corporate C-Level position until 2016. He now applies his passion for Executive Coaching & Training modules leading the .hopkins&bilion Executive Coaching Devision.
